{"id":2902,"date":"2019-11-07T18:34:45","date_gmt":"2019-11-07T18:34:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fernandocc17.org\/blog\/?p=2902"},"modified":"2019-10-31T18:52:18","modified_gmt":"2019-10-31T18:52:18","slug":"reason-01-for-my-mba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.fernandocc17.org\/blog\/university\/reason-01-for-my-mba\/","title":{"rendered":"Reason #01 for my MBA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One of the reasons I studied an MBA was to help me identify a good manager once I have it.<\/p>\n<p>As an IT person, against all the other careers we can actually grow ($$$) without having to become manager, so I decided if my future growth depends on another person is not me, I should be able to identify them.<\/p>\n<p>To quote my first manager &#8220;perception is truth&#8221;, whatever everybody person perceives as truth is their truth,<\/p>\n<p>In the same line of thought, I knew he wasn&#8217;t such a great manager, I got moved to an Indian manager who was great but some months later my first manager was going to become my mid-level manager, so I had to move.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bad management or bad manager can destroy your career, your job or at least stagnate your professional growth, each of those is something every person cannot risk.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of the reasons I studied an MBA was to help me identify a good manager once I have it.
